They call him the Dogman… Seven feet of fur and claw, Walks upright like a man, But howls with a wolf’s raw call. Verse 1 It was back in 1887, In a lumber camp near the Manistee, Two men swore they saw a creature Standing upright by a tree. It had the head of a monstrous dog, Body of a man so lean, Glowing eyes that burned like fire In the forest ever green.
