Rhode Island Halloween Parade

מילים

[Intro] “Rhode Island Halloween Parade” [Verse 1] Down by the harbor where the cold winds blow, Kids in costumes start to glow, Witches flying on broomsticks high, Skeletons dancing underneath the sky. From Newport streets to Providence town, Everybody’s dressed up now, Pumpkins grinning by the door, Halloween magic everywhere we go. [Chorus] Hey! Hey! Here comes the parade! Rhode Island ghosts all dressed for the day, Monsters laughing, witches too, Spooky fun for me and you! Hey! Hey! Hear the crowd shout loud, Marching through the autumn crowd, With candy buckets shining bright, We’re celebrating Halloween tonight! [Verse 2] A pirate captain leads the way, With a black cat riding on his hat today, A vampire waves from a rolling cart, While a green monster plays the part. Balloons are floating through the air, Music playing everywhere, Families smiling side by side, Watching all the costumes glide. [Bridge] Trick or treat! Pass it around! Happy Halloween in our hometown! From the ocean breeze to the city lights, Everybody’s having a frightful good time! [Chorus] Hey! Hey! Here comes the parade! Rhode Island ghosts all dressed for the day, Monsters laughing, witches too, Spooky fun for me and you! Hey! Hey! Raise your hands up high, Underneath the moonlit sky, With candy buckets shining bright, We’re celebrating Halloween tonight! [Outro] So wave hello to every friend, The Halloween parade won’t end, In Rhode Island tonight we’ll say, “Happy Halloween!” all the way!
