You’re lucky it works, the medications sink in, prevent disaster from happening again. I already relapsed before my diagnosis of bipolar urge. You say I seek a traction, but you don’t know, that’s the urges come and go. So I’m finally healing, but I won’t get hopes up that I won’t relapse again. For no reason! It’s a thrill, and enjoyment, and a therapeutical thing, I’d rather cut, than fight the urge, releasing anxiety, and giving in to the mental urge to do it again.
