If you only knew how much I miss you already. I fucking love you so much and while I feel like a piece of me is being taken away, I am at the same time so excited and proud of what you are doing. Your strength and your guts amaze me. I am so excited to see what this chapter teaches you. And who you become during this chapter. You have helped me become a better father, a better friend, and you always talked with me about all the good stuff in life. Im so glad we got the trip down here. I watched you come alive with each day we got closer. I saw you come out of your shell, dance in the streets like no one was watching, and start to talk about the person you want to become, and what you want to do different in life. You are going to do such big things in life, you are going to succeed, you are going to love, you are going to fall, you are going to get hurt and you are going to laugh, smile and dance throughout your life. I cant wait to watch and I will always be there for all of it…. All you have to do is call. If you need me I am 2 hrs way. Even if its just for a hug and a drive and a cry. I will fly down and back in the same day if that’s all you need. You are by far one of my best friends and I don’t know what I would do without you in my life. You have made my life so much better.  I hope you lean into all the things that are uncomfortable and scary. You know that its always better on the other side. You used to fit in my arms and you have always loved me without holding back and I thank you for that. You care for people in a way that most don’t notice. You have such a huge heart that I know if you don’t hold it back you will always have a great life. When I see you smile, when I see you get lost in a song, or when I see you look out the car window with wonder I am always proud of you. Loving you means at some point I have to start letting go… but just know my hand is always there and all you have to do is reach out. Always make sure to make yourself proud first, especially when no one else is watching. When I look at you I see the little girl that changed my whole world and now I also see the amazing woman you are becoming. I will love and be proud of you for the rest of my life. And I will miss you every single day you are gone. I love you babe – always and forever.
