Had a great big family, full of hugs and chat,
Mam, Dad and siblings—yo, can’t beat that.
But a teacher at four gave me a big fright,
Shamed me in class— that moment would last.

Started group process, feelin’ exposed,
Talkin’ 'bout stuff I had never disclosed.
Learnin’ my patterns, what my mind repeats,
This “internal working model” got me up from my seat.
But man, it’s hard, like diggin’ in stone,
Tryna speak up when your voice feels alone.



Then I gave reiki a little go,
Didn’t expect much, just go with the flow.
Now I’m buzzin’, grounded, feelin’ the shift,
Like someone unwrapped an emotional gift.
Still got a journey, a long ol’ way,
But I’m takin’ it step-by-step each day.
