부재를 살짝 보강하거나 새롭게 교체하거나 전체적인 구조를 보강함.
1.부재보강
덧댐목: 부식부 제거 후 신재 덧댐 (장부 맞춤, 볼트 체결 )
수지처리 : 단면훼손이 심하지 않은 경우에 수지 충전
메움목과 수지처리 : 부식부 제거 후 메움목과 수지 충전
2.부재교체
신재교체 :부식 파손 단면훼손이 심하여 구조적 성능이 확보되지 못하는 경우
동바리이음 :기둥 밑동이 전체적으로 부식된 경우에 이음부재 교체
3.구조보강
목재고임편: 기둥 밑동이 얕게 부식되어 기둥높이가 부족한 경우 하부에 고임목 또는 고임편 설치
보강목재 삽입: 속이 빈 기둥 내부에 보강목을 삽입하고 수지 충전
기둥 드잡이 : 기울음과 침하가 발생한 기둥을 바로 잡아
철물보강: 기둥머리에 띠쇠 , 균열부 양쪽에 볼트 체결
보강 및 주변정비
초석교체 , 초석 하부 기초보강, 초석 드잡이
기둥 부재 훈증 방충 방부 처리
충해에 대한 후속 조치 ( 토양터리, 흰개미 예찰시스템 )
변형이 발생한 상부 가구부재에 대한 보수
지붕하중 경감방안 마련
습기유발요소 제거 및 주변환경 정비 (마루하부 , 배수로, 배면석축, 잡목 정비
기둥 신재교체 하는 경우는
부식 균열이 심하여 보강을 하더라도 구조적인 역할을 없다고 판단되었을 때 교체
내부 공동화 현상 등으로 단면훼손이 심각하여 구조적인 성능이 확보되지 못하는 경우
부식범위가 크거나 기둥길이의 삼분의1 이상을 동바리해야하는 경우에는 교체 고려
기둥 신재교체 후
기존 부재와 동일한 수종 혹은 동등 이상의 품질을 갖는 부재를 사용
충분히 건조된 목재로써 크기 재질 색감이 유사한 것.
교체 및 재사용 부재는 모두 훈증처리 방충방부처리 하고
초석에 접하는 기둥 하부면에도 방충방부처리 ( 초석 상면에 소금 숯 )
초석을 재 설치한 경우 일정시간 양생하여 충분의 구조적 안정성이 확보된 후 기둥 설치
