Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Fiedler Tech LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use Voices AI and our related mobile and web applications, websites, and services (together, the "Services"). It also describes the choices and rights you have regarding your information. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This Policy is incorporated into and supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Who We Are and Scope

Fiedler Tech LLC is the controller responsible for your personal information under this Privacy Policy. This Policy applies to all users of the Services, whether you use them with an account or without one. It does not apply to third-party websites, products, or services that we do not operate.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

  • Account Information: You can use many features of the Services without creating an account. If you choose to register, we collect information such as your email address, display name, profile photo, and the sign-in method you use (for example, email, Google, or Apple), along with any optional profile details you choose to provide.
  • Content You Submit: We collect and store the content you provide to or create with the Services, including audio, video, and voice recordings you upload; images you upload; text prompts, lyrics, and messages you enter; voice clones you create; and the songs, audio, and other content generated for you.
  • Purchases: When you buy a subscription or credits, your payment is processed by our payment and app store partners. We do not store your full payment card details. We receive and store related information such as your subscription status, purchase and transaction history, customer or subscriber identifiers, credit balances, and (for some transactions) your country and currency.
  • Communications: If you contact us for support or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the information you provide, such as your messages and contact details.
  • Referrals and Affiliates: If you participate in referral, invite, or affiliate features, we collect the related codes, rewards, and referral activity.

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

  • Device and Identifiers: We collect device and app identifiers (such as a device UUID and, where applicable, a push notification token), platform (iOS, Android, or web), app version, language, and similar technical information.
  • Usage Information: We collect information about how you use the Services, such as the features you use, the voices and generations you request, text length, credits spent, ratings, durations, file metadata (such as size, format, and length), and other interaction and performance data.
  • Approximate Location: We derive approximate location information (such as country, region, city, time zone, and coordinates) from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: We and our partners use cookies, local storage, software development kits (SDKs), and similar technologies as described in Section 7.

2.3 Information From Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third parties that help us provide the Services, including authentication providers (when you sign in with Google or Apple), app stores and payment partners (regarding your purchases and subscriptions), and analytics and attribution partners (regarding how you found or interact with the Services).

2.4 Use Without an Account

You can use the Services without registering. In that case, we still create a basic, anonymous profile associated with a device or app identifier so that the Services can function (for example, to track credits and deliver your generations). If you later create or sign in to an account, we may link your prior anonymous activity to that account.

3. Voice Recordings and Biometric Information

To provide features such as voice cloning and speech-to-speech, we process audio and voice recordings that you upload or record. Depending on your jurisdiction, voice recordings and the voiceprints derived from them may be considered biometric information or a special category of personal data.

  • Consent: We process this information to provide the features you request. By using the voice cloning feature, you consent to this processing and confirm that you have obtained any consent required from any other individual whose voice you submit, as described in our Terms of Service.
  • Use: We use voice data only to provide and operate the relevant features (such as creating and using your voice clone), to secure the Services, and as otherwise described in this Policy. We do not sell your biometric information.
  • Retention and Deletion: We retain voice data and voiceprints for as long as needed to provide the relevant feature, and we delete them when you delete the associated voice clone or your account, or otherwise in accordance with Section 10.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including processing your inputs and delivering your generated content.
  • Create and manage your account, credits, purchases, and subscriptions.
  • Respond to your requests and provide customer support.
  • Personalize and improve the Services, develop new features, and conduct research and analytics.
  • Send you service-related communications and, where permitted, marketing communications (which you can opt out of).
  • Measure the effectiveness of, and deliver, our advertising and marketing, as described in Section 8.
  • Protect the security and integrity of the Services, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

5. AI Processing and Service Improvement

The Services use artificial intelligence to generate and process content based on your inputs. We may use your content and usage information to operate, develop, train, and improve our own Services and models, including improving quality, safety, and performance. Where we use service providers to help us process your inputs and deliver outputs, we do not permit those providers to use your content to train their own independent models. Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before using certain information for these purposes, and you can contact us to ask about the options available to you.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information in the following ways:

  • Service Providers and Subprocessors: We share information with trusted third-party companies that perform services for us, such as hosting and cloud infrastructure, data storage and content delivery, processing your requests and generating content, payment and subscription management, email and messaging, analytics, security, error monitoring, and customer support. These providers process personal information on our behalf, under contract, and only as necessary to perform services for us.
  • Infrastructure and Storage: We use Cloudflare to host infrastructure, store content, and deliver content.
  • Authentication: We use Google (Firebase) to provide account authentication, including sign-in with Google or Apple.
  • Payments and Subscriptions: We use Stripe, RevenueCat, and the Apple App Store and Google Play to process and manage purchases and subscriptions.
  • Analytics: We use analytics tools, including Google (Firebase) and Google Tag Manager, to understand how the Services are used.
  • Advertising and Attribution: We share limited information with advertising and attribution partners, including Meta (Facebook) and AppsFlyer, to measure, attribute, and deliver our marketing, as described in Section 8.
  • Diagnostics and Support: We use Sentry for error and performance monitoring and Intercom for customer support.
  • Public Content: Content that is public (such as songs that are public by default) may be viewed, accessed, and used by other users and the public, as described in Section 9 and our Terms of Service.
  • Legal and Safety: We may disclose information where we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or governmental requests; to enforce our Terms; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or the Company.
  • Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With Your Direction: We may share information at your direction or with your consent.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, local and device storage, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences and settings, keep you signed in, secure the Services, measure usage, and support analytics and advertising. On the web, you can control cookies through your browser settings. In our mobile apps, you can manage certain choices through your device settings, as described in Section 8. Some technologies are necessary for the Services to function, and disabling them may affect functionality.

8. Analytics, Advertising, and Your Choices

We use analytics and advertising technologies to understand usage and to measure and deliver our marketing. This may include sharing limited identifiers and activity information with advertising and attribution partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, which some laws (such as California's) consider "sharing." We do not sell your personal information for money.

You have choices about analytics and advertising:

  • Mobile Devices: You can use your device settings to limit ad tracking and personalized advertising (for example, Apple's App Tracking Transparency settings on iOS, and "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android).
  • In-App and Web Choices: Where required, we present consent or preference controls within the Services.
  • Marketing Emails: You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting us.
  • Opt Out of Sharing: You may request that we stop sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising by contacting us at [email protected].

9. Public Content

Some content you create may be public. In particular, AI-generated songs are public by default, which means other users and the public may be able to find, view, listen to, download, and reuse or remix them, including through shareable links and the open internet, and they may be indexed by search engines. If you have an active subscription, you can set your songs to private. Your voice clones, the recordings you upload, and the images you upload are private and are not made publicly available. For full details on public and private content, see Section 10.3 of our Terms of Service.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete content or your account, we delete or de-identify the associated personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required or permitted by law to retain it (for example, for tax, accounting, security, or legal compliance). Voice clones and their source recordings are deleted from our systems and from the providers that process them when you delete the relevant voice clone or your account. Some residual copies may persist for a limited time in backups before being overwritten.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

12. International Data Transfers

We operate globally, and your personal information may be processed and stored in countries other than the one in which you live, including the United States and other countries that may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for international transfers of personal information.

13. Your Privacy Rights

13.1 Rights Available to All Users

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to request a copy of certain information. You can access and update much of your account information within the Services, and you can delete your account and content through the in-app account settings or by contacting us.

13.2 EEA and UK (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information under the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Services you request); your consent (for example, for voice cloning and certain marketing and advertising); our legitimate interests (such as securing, analyzing, and improving the Services and preventing fraud); and compliance with legal obligations. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

13.3 California (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, the right to delete and to correct your personal information, the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and you have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

In the past twelve months, we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as email, account and device identifiers, and IP address); commercial information (such as purchase and subscription history); internet and other electronic network activity (such as usage and interaction data); approximate geolocation; audio and electronic information (such as voice recordings and generated audio); biometric information (voiceprints used for voice cloning); and inferences drawn from the above. We collect this information from you, from your devices, and from the third parties described in Section 2.3, and we use and disclose it for the purposes described in Sections 4, 5, 6, and 8.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do "share" certain identifiers and internet activity information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we use voiceprints (sensitive personal information) only to provide the features you request. You can exercise your right to opt out of sharing and to limit the use of sensitive personal information using the choices in Section 8 or by contacting us. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with proof of authorization.

13.4 How to Exercise Your Rights

You can exercise your rights through the account settings in the Services or by contacting us at [email protected]. We will verify your request, respond within the time required by applicable law, and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. In some cases we may be unable to fully honor a request, for example where we are legally required to retain information or where doing so would adversely affect the rights of others.

14. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services, as set out in our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

15. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, products, or services that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third parties you interact with.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law, for example by posting the updated Policy with a new "Last updated" date or by notifying you through the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
