Ghostface Voice Changer: Make a Halloween Voiceover

These are different workflows. An audio file can be edited into a video; it does not automatically change your voice during a phone call.

Write a short Halloween scene

A useful starting structure is an ordinary opening, an unexpected detail, and a reveal. Keep the lines short enough to edit individually.

An invitation

You're invited this Friday. The lights will be low, the music will be loud, and there is one rule. Don't arrive alone.

A fictional scene

We counted six people at dinner. There were seven coats by the door. Nobody remembered bringing the last one.

A party introduction

Welcome to our Halloween night. Find your seat and enjoy the show. If the lights go out, that part was probably planned.

These are original script ideas, not prerecorded samples. Adapt them to a fictional scene or an invitation whose audience understands the context.

Generate the voiceover

1. Open the Ghostface voice page and listen to the existing sample.
2. Enter your script. The existing recording does not change when you edit the text.
3. Continue in Studio, retaining the selected voice and your draft. Sign in if needed.
4. Review the voice, model, language setting, and credit cost before generating.
5. Listen to a short result before committing to the full scene.
6. Save your recording and add it to your video or audio editor.

Keep stage directions outside the submitted dialogue unless you want them spoken. Do not assume that square brackets or instructions such as “whisper here” work with every model. Use the controls documented in the product you have selected.

Build the scene around the recorded timing

Leave a little space before the opening line in your edit. Listen for the actual pauses before placing cuts or sound effects. If your reveal arrives too early, adjust the script or the edit rather than assuming the next generation will have exactly the same timing.

Keep background music below the dialogue. Check the final mix with headphones and a phone speaker so that the words remain understandable. Add captions based on the finished recording, including any changes you made during revision.

Use a live voice instead

A live voice changer processes your microphone while you speak. Start from the Ghostface desktop voice page, check operating-system availability, and follow the current setup instructions for your chosen application.

Test the microphone path before a live session. A successful text-to-speech preview does not verify your desktop microphone setup, and desktop support does not imply the effect can be used in ordinary mobile phone calls.

Troubleshooting

The sample ignores my script

It is a fixed preview recording. Continue to Studio and generate a new recording from the draft to hear your own words.

A character or place name is mispronounced

Generate a short test containing only the difficult phrase. Try spelling the name phonetically in the generation draft, then keep the normal spelling in your captions.

The lines do not fit the video

Shorten the setup or split it into two scenes. Generate a small revision and compare the actual duration. The number of words alone cannot guarantee an exact runtime.

I need a different character for the other speaker

Browse the voice library and test the same short dialogue with another voice. Record each speaker separately so the timing can be controlled in your editor. For a different fictional scene, explore Kratos or Satoru Gojo.

Sharing your finished clip

Describe the recording as AI-generated when listeners could mistake it for an authentic performance. Check the terms and permissions for any film clips, music, or copied dialogue in the edit. Voice access does not grant rights to other media or establish an official endorsement.
