Download the free Windows app and accept the virtual microphone install. Restart if Windows asks you to.
Preview the voices in the app - or clone your own from a 5-second recording - and select one.
Open Settings > Audio > Voice Chat and set Input Device to CABLE Output (VB-Audio Virtual Cable).
Turn on Party Voice Chat and Team Voice Chat, set your push-to-talk keys, and queue up.
Voices AI Live runs as a regular Windows app and exposes a standard audio device. It never touches VALORANT's files or memory - VALORANT simply sees another microphone, the same as a new headset.
Party voice reaches your premade group and team voice reaches all five players, so choose who hears your AI voice with the two push-to-talk keys.
Callouts have to be understood first. Pick a clear voice for ranked, and save chaotic voices for unrated, Swiftplay, or custom games with friends. Push-to-talk stops the AI from converting keyboard and mouse noise.
Start Voices AI Live first, then fully quit and reopen VALORANT so it rescans audio devices. Look for CABLE Output (VB-Audio Virtual Cable) on Windows or Voices AI Virtual Mic on Mac. If it is still missing, restart your computer to finish the virtual microphone install.
Check Settings > Audio > Voice Chat. Input Device should be CABLE Output (VB-Audio Virtual Cable), not Default System Device or your headset.
Use push-to-talk instead of open mic, or lower the activation threshold. Close GPU-heavy background apps.
Use headphones. Speaker audio leaking into your real microphone gets converted and sent back to everyone.
Voices AI Live does not read, modify, or inject into VALORANT - the game only sees a microphone, like a USB headset. Riot's rules on player behavior still apply, so don't use voices to harass or impersonate other players or staff.
