기둥조립
기둥 다림보기,그레질 기둥세우기
1. 기둥을 세우기 전에 초석, 기둥, 횡가재(보,도리) 등의 조립 범위를 검토
2 귀솟음 높이와 안쏠림 각도를 미리 정하고 , 높이 각도에 따라 조립
3. 초석 상면에 직교하는 중심먹을 치고 필요할 때에 연장하여 먹매김 (초석 중심먹)
4. 규준틀에 따라 초석의 수평을 확인하며 기둥에 그레발 표시
5. 초석을 놓고 그레발을 고려해 소요길이로 마름질한 기둥을 일으켜 세우기
6.기둥을 초석위에 정확히 세우고 초석높이에 맞춰서 그레발을 고려하여 그레자를 벌려 그레질 ( 그레자에 먹을 묻혀 한쪽 다리는 초석에, 다른 쪽 다리는 기둥에 대고 그림 )
7.지렛대 구멍을 파내야 하는 경우에는 지렛대 발이 들어갈 수 있도록 심먹을 피해서 파냄
8. 기둥 밑을 과하게 파내지 않음, 하중이 실린 다음에 기둥이 주저앉으므로 너무 깊지 않도록 파냄
9.기둥머리 사개 중심에 막대기를 십자로 걸너지르고 전후좌우로 다림추를 늘어뜨림
10. 가새를 전후좌우에서 밀고 당기면서 추를 늘어뜨린 실과 기둥의 중심먹선이 일치되도록 조정
11.두명 이상이 기둥의 양옆에서 잡아주며 다림보기 후 중심먹이 일치하면 기둥하부에 쐐기목 으로 고정
12 초석 위에 가조립하여 제자리에 완전하게 안치될 수 있는 상태를 확인한 후 추가로 그레질 하여 정조립
13.정조립 한 후에는 전체적인 기둥다림을 확인하여 버팀목을 설치하고 이동, 기울음이 없도록 고정.
14.기둥 상부의 화통가지 ( 사개 ) 가 파손되지 않도록 무리한 힘을 가하지 않도록 유의
15.안쏠림 귀솟음 등을 정밀하게 측정하여 기준치에서 벗어나지 않게 기둥 세움
16.기준 기둥인 귓기둥을 먼저 세우고, 이에 준하여 차례 차례 평주를 설치
