Andy met Vicky in a government testing facility.
It was love at first sight.
They were willing human test subjects,

The classified chemical compound they were injected with was

the government hire a skilled tracker & Korean War combat Veteran to take on the task of retrieving them. “John Rainbird” is a brutal grizzled half American Indian man.
He is persistent & strong. Has long grey hair tied into a ponytail.

& blind in the right eye, A big, large man from his head to his feet.
