수장공사도 인력품을 이십프로 가산
지붕공사는 인력품 십오프로 가산
전돌공사는 30프로 가산
목공사용 철물 해체 설치품은 포함
해체 시 단청보양이 필요한 경우에는 별도 계상
해체 시 실측조사를 겸할 경우에는
인력품을 오십프로 가산
치목은 교체부재에 대하여 최대단면 적용
치목시 인력품
고려말 부터 조선초기 십오세기
구조양식은 인력품을 이십프로 가산
훼손되거나 파손된 개별부재를 재사용하기 위하여
수리하는 경우에는 치목품을 오십프로 가산
원목 을 사용하여 해당부재를 치목하는 경우에는
해당부재별 치목품에 다음 중 해당하는 폼을 가산
치목품에서 따내기, 파내기, 홈파기, 흘림 등은
수량에서 공제하지 않음
전동공구는 전기대패, 전기톱, 전기드롤
및 엔진으로 작동하는 엔진톱 등의 수공구
소규모 공사 인력품
목공사 수랑이 이미터 세제곱 이하일 경우에는
인력품을 오십프로 가산
제 일장 적용기준의 소단위 공사와
둘 중 하나만을 적용
