Toby's Big Adventure

Lyrics

[Verse 1] Toby, lace your sandals tight, Morning spills across the plain. Little paws have left their prints Along the path beside the rain. A red kite catches rising air, A curious bird calls from a tree; You lift your chin and take the trail— The wide world waits for you to see. [Chorus] Toby, go where the tall grass bends, Past the hills where the blue sky ends. Brave heart, bright eyes, steady and true, Every new horizon is calling for you. Step by step, let your courage grow; There’s a whole wild world for you to know. Toby, today is yours to begin— Take that big, brave grin and dive in! [Verse 2] You share your water, help a friend, Then laugh when dust gets on your nose. A golden beetle takes its time; You watch the way the river flows. The far-off thunder rolls away, The clouds make room for afternoon. You find your way by asking, learning, And singing to the rising moon. [Bridge] When the path turns rough and steep, Take a breath and take a friend. Kindness is a strength you keep, And a brave heart finds the bend. [Final Chorus] Toby, go where the tall grass bends, Past the hills where the blue sky ends. Brave heart, bright eyes, steady and true, Every new horizon is calling for you. Step by step, let your courage grow; There’s a whole wild world for you to know. Toby, this day is yours to begin— The whole wide world is cheering you in! [Outro] Toby, the trail is wide and new; The next great adventure starts with you.
