I stand for palestine, i don't why I do, I rock up to all the protests, that's what they tell me to do. They ive me a flag ,a keffiyeh. Then I go and take my place, Then i read my prompt card, scream out you're a disgrace to the human race. They tell me there's a genocide, they say Israel is really bad, And they'll show me all the photos, that gets me freakin mad. I'll join in with the screaming, I'll just follow along like sheep, And I won't do any research, I don't want to go too deep. We'll march as one in anger, we'll make noise and start a fuss, We'll call israel really evil, while we stand and support HAMAS. The keffiyehs will be visible, and the flag will wave up high, We'll forget we're in Australia, it's for Palestine that I'll cry. The uni students will lead this, I'm inspired by their zeal, These socialists all look fat, they could do with skipping a meal. But I still won't see the truth in it, that these socialists may be wrong, But I'm captivated by their rhetoric, and hypnotised by their song. Free palestine they yell out, from the river to the sea. Wait?I just heard someone say, Hamas kill the lgbt? I thought israel was evil, i thought they were the one's who are bad? I'm told to ignore those trolls, I'm told they're the one's who are mad. For a second i have a thought, but then it goes away Because some fat lesbian in a reflective vest, just told me what to say. I'm not allowed my opinion, i have to repeat what the mob yells out, But those words I heard won't leave me, they've sown in me some doubt. Could I be on the wrong side? Is it possible I've been conned? Hang on isn't Hamas firing rockets? Isn't it israel that's being bombed? Wait a minute what's happening? Why am I thinking logically? I'm not allowed to do this, i have to believe what's on tv. So I'll just wave my banner, I'll repeat the words this mob say, And I'll go keep on believing, that Israel should be blown away. Because I'm just a controlled sheep, my opinion is banned for life, If i dare and speak up for Israel, then I'll be in a lot of strife. So I'll protest here in Australia, even though it changes not a thing, And I'll yell out racist and fascist, to every living thing. I'll let them stir my anger, to the point i lose my way, And I'll vote for socialism in this country, and destroy my life a little each day.
