Clean It Up, Side by Side

Lyrics

[Intro] Hey, team, let’s get this place in shape! Pick it up, pass it on! [Verse 1] Books in the basket, blocks in the bin Socks by the hamper—toss them in Cup to the kitchen, crayons in their case Look at that clear little patch of space [Pre-Chorus] You grab a corner, I’ll take the floor Two quick hands can do so much more Find one thing, then find one more Ready, set—let’s go! [Chorus] Clean it up, tidy it right Put every treasure out of sight Sort it, stack it, make room to play We can make a fresh start today Clean it up, side by side A place for everything, nothing to hide When we work together, we’re done in a snap Then we can sit back and give ourselves a clap! [Verse 2] Pencils in the cup, puzzle pieces together Fold up the blanket, smooth out the feather Wipe the little table, straighten each chair Now there’s room for a game to share [Pre-Chorus] You grab a corner, I’ll take the floor Two quick hands can do so much more Find one thing, then find one more Ready, set—let’s go! [Bridge] Check the shelf, check the floor Is there anything left by the door? One last sweep, one last look Everything’s back in its nook [Final Chorus] Clean it up, tidy it right Put every treasure out of sight Sort it, stack it, make room to play We made a fresh start today Clean it up, side by side A place for everything, nothing to hide When we work together, we’re done in a snap Now take a bow and give yourselves a clap! [Outro] All set, all clear—great job, team!
