Eric Rickstraw

Lyrics

[Intro] Eric Rickstraw! Net match—lock in! [Verse 1] Came up from the bottom with the whole field watching, Dirt on my boots and the score still climbing. You talk like a champ, but the net tells facts, I read that bounce, then I send it right back. [Pre-Chorus] Every point’s a hammer, every serve’s a test, You can keep your excuses—I’ll take the rest. [Chorus] I won last year, I’ll fucking win this year! Eric Rickstraw—make the whole court hear! From the bottom to the top, I’m taking that crown, Fuck you and everybody—try to knock me down! [Verse 2] This net match play is bitch—still I’m stepping in, Hard hands, cold nerve, got the fire to win. No free points, no pause, no backing away, I came for the match and I’m here to stay. [Breakdown] Bottom! Coming up! Top! Taking over! Last year—mine! This year—mine! Fuck you! Everybody—fall in line! [Guitar Solo] [Final Chorus] I won last year, I’ll fucking win this year! Eric Rickstraw—make the whole court hear! From the bottom to the top, I’m taking that crown, Fuck you and everybody—try to knock me down! I won last year, I’ll fucking win this year! [Outro] Eric Rickstraw! Match point! Mine.
