Dominic, Keep That Good Day

Lyrics

[Verse 1] Dominic’s got a plan when the morning begins, At AccessPoint Rhode Island, he’s ready to win. A little Italian-Mexican man with a welcoming grin, He says, “What shall we try?” and the day rolls in. [Chorus] Oh, Dominic, keep that good day moving, From the first hello to the last tune playing. Karate, yoga, line-dance across the floor, There’s always something wonderful in store. [Verse 2] Warrior workout, then arts and crafts, A piano melody and a room full of laughs. Zumba steps, good conversations to share, He makes a little room for everyone there. [Chorus] Oh, Dominic, keep that good day moving, From the first hello to the last tune playing. Karate, yoga, line-dance across the floor, There’s always something wonderful in store. [Bridge] Boats on the water, trains rolling by, Lunch with a story, dinner nearby. Babies bring smiles, new things to explore, Tomorrow’s got another surprise at the door. [Verse 3] He loves a country turn and a brass-band refrain, A velvet jazz phrase, then he’s at it again. Traditional pop with a swing in its shoes, And most of all, that piano he loves to use. [Final Chorus] Oh, Dominic, keep that good day moving, From the first hello to the last tune playing. Karate, yoga, line-dance across the floor, There’s always something wonderful in store. Dominic, the next day’s calling—come explore!
