Lyrics

[Intro] Bikini Bottom, make a little room A new queen’s rolling in with a laugh and a boom [Verse 1] Patricia Star came strolling through the sand Pink crown tilted, sparkle in her hand She claimed that throne with a friendly grin Then called the whole town over: “Everybody in!” No velvet rope, no rules to obey Just a seat at the table for whoever came SpongeBob showed up with a brave little start Big feelings, new words, a wide-open heart [Chorus] Patricia, queen of the deep-blue scene Making space for everybody to be who they mean SpongeBob, stand tall, let your true self show With a friend by your side, you can bloom as you grow [Verse 2] She said, “You don’t owe the crowd a disguise Your story is yours; let it rise how it rises” When SpongeBob found the courage to say what was true Patricia cheered loud like the whole ocean knew Through questions and stares, through a change of routine She kept him laughing, kept the welcome sign green Not there to decide who he had to become Just a star-sized reminder: “You’re loved, chum” [Chorus] Patricia, queen of the deep-blue scene Making space for everybody to be who they mean SpongeBob, stand tall, let your true self show With a friend by your side, you can bloom as you grow [Bridge] No one gets to crown your heart but you No one gets to tell you your colors aren’t true A hand, a laugh, a place to belong That’s how a small brave step turns strong [Verse 3] Now the town throws a party beneath the sea For the queen and her pal, living honestly Patrick’s got snacks, the band’s in a spin Sandy waves hello as the whole crew joins in Patricia rules kindly, with room to be free And SpongeBob walks proud as the sponge he can be Two bright-hearted friends with the whole world in view Making Bikini Bottom more welcoming too [Final Chorus] Patricia, queen of the deep-blue scene Making space for everybody to be who they mean SpongeBob, stand tall, let your true self show With a friend by your side, you can bloom as you grow [Outro] Crown up high, good friends close by Bikini Bottom, let every heart fly
