Gorilla Tag voice changer
Voices AI Live changes your voice in Gorilla Tag when you play the PC VR version through Steam, including on Meta Quest with Link or Air Link. Pick a voice and everyone in the lobby hears it.
Works with Gorilla Tag on PC VR (Steam) on Windows 10 or later. The standalone Quest version is not supported. Not affiliated with Another Axiom.

Download the free Windows app and accept the virtual microphone install. Restart if Windows asks you to.
Preview the voices in the app, or clone your own from a 5-second recording, and select one.
In Windows Settings > System > Sound > Input, choose CABLE Output (VB-Audio Virtual Cable). If the game has its own microphone setting, select it there too.
In SteamVR audio settings, set the microphone to CABLE Output (VB-Audio Virtual Cable), then launch Gorilla Tag.
Gorilla Tag also runs directly on Quest, but a voice changer needs your PC in the middle. Play the Steam version through Link, Air Link, or another SteamVR headset to use Voices AI Live.
Play a squeaky cartoon character, an anime hero, or a villager who only grunts. In a game built on chasing and shouting, a funny voice is half the fun. Keep it friendly, because many players are young.
Start Voices AI Live first, then fully quit and reopen Gorilla Tag so it rescans audio devices. Look for CABLE Output (VB-Audio Virtual Cable) on Windows or Voices AI Virtual Mic on Mac. If it is still missing, restart your computer to finish the virtual microphone install.
Make CABLE Output (VB-Audio Virtual Cable) the default input in Windows Settings > System > Sound > Input, then restart Gorilla Tag.
Turn off extra noise suppression in the app you are talking in, close GPU-heavy programs you are not using, and check that your computer meets the Voices AI Live system requirements.
Use headphones. Speaker audio leaking into your real microphone gets converted and sent back to everyone.
Voices AI Live does not read, modify, or inject into Gorilla Tag; the game only sees a microphone, like a USB headset. Another Axiom's rules on player behavior still apply, so don't use voices to harass or impersonate other players or staff.
