GTA 6 is a PS5 and Xbox Series X|S game, and consoles can't run voice changer apps. Voices AI Live changes your voice on a Windows PC or Mac instead: your crew hears an AI voice in Discord or Xbox party chat, and so does your stream, while you play on the console as usual.
Voices AI Live runs on Windows 10 or later and Apple Silicon Macs with macOS 15 or later, not on PS5 or Xbox. It cannot change a headset connected to the console or controller. Not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

In Discord, set Input Device to CABLE Output (VB-Audio Virtual Cable) on Windows or Voices AI Virtual Mic on Mac. For Xbox party chat, make CABLE Output your Windows input and join the party in the Xbox app.
Mute console party chat, keep your headset on the computer, and play as usual.
GTA 6's launch on November 19, 2026, is console-only: PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Neither console lets you install a voice changer or pick a virtual microphone, so the change has to happen on a computer next to it.
Most crews already talk in Discord while they play, which makes this easy. Discord runs on your PC or Mac with Voices AI Live as its microphone, and the console only runs the game. Xbox players can also join their party from the Xbox app on Windows.
If you stream or record GTA 6 through a capture card, your commentary already goes through the computer. Select CABLE Output (VB-Audio Virtual Cable) on Windows or Voices AI Virtual Mic on Mac as the microphone in OBS, and viewers hear your character voice over the gameplay.
Pick one voice per character and stick with it, so your viewers and your crew know who is talking. You can also clone your own voice from a 5-second recording and keep a cleaner version of yourself for commentary.
Rockstar Games has announced GTA 6 for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S only and hasn't given a date for an online mode or a PC version. When they arrive, Voices AI Live works the same way it does in other PC games: it shows up as a microphone you select in your audio settings.
Until then, GTA Online and FiveM roleplay servers on PC already work with Voices AI Live.

Use headphones on the computer. Game audio from the TV that reaches your real microphone gets converted and sent to your crew.
Voice conversion adds a short delay. In OBS, delay the capture card by the same amount: a Render Delay filter for its video and a Sync Offset in Advanced Audio Properties for its audio.
Turn off noise suppression in Discord, close GPU-heavy programs you are not using, and check that your computer meets the Voices AI Live system requirements.
